Joel McClintock was born in Canada but spent much of his early years in Florida training for competitive waterskiing. His waterskiing career pinnacled when he won the World Men’s Overall title. The discipline of sport was carried over to professional life as a Broker/Agent Realtor. McClintock was quick to recognize the shift in the Real Estate market and went to great lengths to learn everything there was to know about dealing with SHORT SALES. He quickly became the local EXPERT and continues to have Short Sales as one of his specialties. 

To date Joel and his bank negotiator/assistant Michele McClintock have a near 100% success record on closing short sales with over 300 SHORT SALE transactions closed.
